To allow for efficient VoIP system design in a ClearOne CONVERGE Pro 2 system, it is recommended that all known VoIP settings should be written in the attached VoIP checklist by the AV integrator or IT administration team. Once complete, these settings can be entered in to the Pro CONSOLE or CONSOLE AI software. The VoIP settings can be distributed as required to ensure all parties are on the same page regarding the settings.
